KAPVIN employs in excess of 30 permanent staff. In support of local socio-economic upliftment, additional human resources at an annual average in excess of 150 part time staff are appointed and sourced from the local communities within which projects are located. As part of company’s commitment to deliver an exceptional client’s service tailored to our contracts, KAPVIN has recently completed review of our organization and operation. The outcome of the review and resulted in positive changes to the company’s operating system and processes that will directly benefit service delivery to our clients and customers.

Project Manager (also Managing Director) assumes full responsibility for every activity of the company. He oversees all operation of the company, arrange funds and ensure display of technologically backed workmanship that meets the client’s satisfaction in terms of end project functionality, serviceability and durability. His efforts are normally complimented by equally dedicated contribution of line, finance, project and contract managers.
He is a certified Project Coordinator. He assumes the role of overall on-site project and shoulder the responsibility of running the project. He oversees construction works and attends to administrative structure. He is authorize to represent KAPVIN to attend meetings with clients to discuss project related matters. Project Coordinator’s role also includes setting-up of site; site capacity build-up, logistics management, facilitating supplies of materials and mobilise human resources, structural stability of the built structure, quality control and safety of workmen.
He is responsible for all commercial bids and construction costs activities of the company. He directly involved in outsourcing of materials, workmen, the administration of project costs and sub-contract works.
She is responsible for overall financial, human resources and administrative matters. She coordinates between company’s operations and financial institutions, insurance, auditors and tax consultants.
He is responsible to Project Manager on ongoing project. His primary role is to monitor, coordinate and supervise all project site works. He is responsible in implementation, monitor the progress, apply control methodology and generate weekly periodic reports for the purpose of appraisal, costs control, liaise and communicate, getting approval from engineering consultants on technical issues during construction process. Both site engineers and supervisors are tasked to stand-in for Project Coordinator and represent in company’s interest at all site meetings. They will coordinate all the project progress by working with Project Quantity Surveyor, Quality & Environmental Compliant Officer, Store Keeper.
He is responsible in monitoring and controlling traffic at construction sites, industrial premises, and other controlled settings. Setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices according to legal and operational requirements of respective projects terms and conditions.
He/she is responsible in conducting environmental inspection and audit as planned. To advice or propose to construction team the environmental control, preventive or corrective actions as and when necessary. To assist during the enforcement, visit by Authorities such as DOE, DID, Local Authority and etc.
The scope of store keeper encompasses inventory and logistics coordination of warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storage of inventory,
